In the stone-built “Mare E Vista” residence, at the entrance to Saint-Florent as you arrive from Patrimonio, this 80 m² ground-floor three-bedroom apartment opens onto a 75 m² private terrace and garden with a sea view.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a master suite, a large living room that opens onto the view and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided: everything is ready when you arrive. Secure private parking with a remote-controlled gate means no hunting for a space in high summer.
The beach is a 500-metre walk away, and Saint-Florent’s marina, shops and restaurants are close by. An ideal base for a family holiday in northern Corsica, between the beaches of the Agriates Desert, the vineyards of Patrimonio and Cap Corse.

When to visit Saint-Florent
June and September are ideal: the sea is warm, the boat shuttles to the Agriates are running and the beaches are quieter. In July and August, Saint-Florent moves to the rhythm of the Corsican summer, and the residence’s private car park becomes a real asset. In May and October, the area is perfect for hiking, wine tasting and exploring Cap Corse.
