In the heart of the Gulf of Valinco, in South Corsica, this 55 m² two-bedroom apartment sits in a waterfront residence at the entrance to Propriano. A lift takes you straight down to Mancinu beach: in just a few minutes, you go from sofa to sand.
Five picture windows open onto the yacht harbour and marina. Light floods in from morning to evening, and the sea view changes with every hour of the day. The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, with hotel-quality bedding (Bultex mattresses and mattress toppers).
Air conditioning with heating in every room, fibre Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, bed linen and towels provided: all that’s left to do is unpack. A parking space is reserved for you, and the apartment meets accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility.

Propriano is one of the gateways to South Corsica. In season, ferries from mainland France dock at the port: you can drive off with your car just a few minutes from the apartment.

The “most Corsican of Corsican towns”, about 15 minutes away, with its granite lanes and wine estates.

Corsica’s most famous prehistoric site, with its statue-menhirs, about 30 minutes away.

When to visit Propriano
June and September are our favourite months: the sea is warm, the beaches are quiet and the temperatures are pleasant for sightseeing. July and August bring the lively atmosphere of the Corsican summer, with evenings out by the harbour. Thanks to the air conditioning, which also heats, the apartment stays comfortable in May and October, ideal months for hiking and exploring the villages.
